On Thursday 8 April, our priests Fr Milorad and Fr Petar, together with Nebojsa Stefanovic, member of the Church Community Board, have met with Mr Peter Khalil, Federal Labor MP for Wills.
The friendly and open discussion involved several topics, including role of the church in contemporary society, and recent unproportionate pandemic measures in regard to church services. Peter is a practicing Christian of Coptic Orthodox Church and recognises Christian heritage and values as important to Australian society.
